Scope of Appli\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon\u201d tab_id=\u201c1569364074690\u201369ff3c0a-6cfb\u201d][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The\u00adse Gene\u00adral Terms and Con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons (her\u00adein\u00adaf\u00adter refer\u00adred to as \u201cGTC\u201d) of the com\u00adpa\u00adny ramar | Ran\u00adgel Vasev (her\u00adein\u00adaf\u00adter refer\u00adred to as \u201cSel\u00adler\u201d) shall app\u00adly to all con\u00adtracts con\u00adcluded bet\u00adween a con\u00adsu\u00admer or a trader (her\u00adein\u00adaf\u00adter refer\u00adred to as \u201cCli\u00adent\u201d) and the Sel\u00adler rela\u00adting to all goods and\/or ser\u00advices pre\u00adsen\u00adted in the Seller\u2019s online shop. The inclu\u00adsi\u00adon of the Client\u2019s own con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons is here\u00adwi\u00adth objec\u00adted to, unless other terms have been stipulated.<\/li>\n<li>Regar\u00adding the purcha\u00adse of vou\u00adch\u00aders, the\u00adse GTC shall app\u00adly accor\u00addin\u00adgly, unless express\u00adly agreed otherwise.<\/li>\n<li>For con\u00adtracts regar\u00adding the deli\u00advery of vou\u00adch\u00aders, the\u00adse GTC shall app\u00adly accor\u00addin\u00adgly, unless express\u00adly agreed otherwise.<\/li>\n<li>A con\u00adsu\u00admer pur\u00adsu\u00adant to the\u00adse GTC is any natu\u00adral per\u00adson con\u00adclu\u00adding a legal tran\u00adsac\u00adtion for a pur\u00adpo\u00adse attri\u00adbu\u00adted neither to a main\u00adly com\u00admer\u00adcial nor a self-employ\u00aded occu\u00adpa\u00adtio\u00adnal acti\u00advi\u00adty. A trader pur\u00adsu\u00adant to the\u00adse GTC is any natu\u00adral or legal per\u00adson or part\u00adner\u00adship with legal capa\u00adci\u00adty acting in the per\u00adfor\u00admance of a com\u00admer\u00adcial or self-employ\u00aded occu\u00adpa\u00adtio\u00adnal acti\u00advi\u00adty when con\u00adclu\u00adding a legal transaction.<\/li>\n<li>Digi\u00adtal con\u00adtent in the sen\u00adse of the\u00adse GTC is all data not on a tan\u00adgi\u00adble medi\u00adum which are pro\u00addu\u00adced in digi\u00adtal form and are sup\u00adpli\u00aded by the Sel\u00adler by gran\u00adting cer\u00adtain usa\u00adge rights pre\u00adcis\u00ade\u00adly defi\u00adned in the\u00adse&nbsp;GTC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=\u201c2. Con\u00adclu\u00adsi\u00adon of the Con\u00adtract\u201d tab_id=\u201c1569364548293\u201376a8613e-234d\u201d][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The pro\u00adduct descrip\u00adti\u00adons in the Seller\u2019s online shop do not con\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adte bin\u00adding offers on the part of the Sel\u00adler, but mere\u00adly ser\u00adve the pur\u00adpo\u00adse of sub\u00admit\u00adting a bin\u00adding offer by the Client.<\/li>\n<li>The Cli\u00adent may sub\u00admit the offer via the online order form inte\u00adgra\u00adted into the Seller\u2019s online shop. In doing so, after having pla\u00adced the sel\u00adec\u00adted goods and\/or ser\u00advices in the vir\u00adtu\u00adal bas\u00adket and pas\u00adsed through the orde\u00adring pro\u00adcess, and by cli\u00adcking the but\u00adton fina\u00adli\u00adzing the order pro\u00adcess, the Cli\u00adent sub\u00admits a legal\u00adly bin\u00adding offer of con\u00adtract with regard to the goods and\/or ser\u00advices con\u00adtai\u00adned in the shop\u00adping&nbsp;cart.<\/li>\n<li>The Sel\u00adler may accept the Client\u2019s offer within five&nbsp;days,<br>\n\u2013 by trans\u00adfer\u00adring a writ\u00adten order con\u00adfir\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon or an order con\u00adfir\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon in writ\u00adten form (fax or e\u2011mail); inso\u00adfar receipt of order con\u00adfir\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon by the Cli\u00adent is decisi\u00adve,&nbsp;or<br>\n\u2013 by deli\u00adve\u00adring orde\u00adred goods to the Cli\u00adent; inso\u00adfar receipt of goods by the Cli\u00adent is decisi\u00adve,&nbsp;or<br>\n\u2013 by reques\u00adt\u00ading the Cli\u00adent to pay after he pla\u00adced his&nbsp;order.<br>\nPro\u00advi\u00added that seve\u00adral of the afo\u00adre\u00admen\u00adtio\u00adned alter\u00adna\u00adti\u00adves app\u00adly, the con\u00adtract shall be con\u00adcluded at the time when one of the afo\u00adre\u00admen\u00adtio\u00adned alter\u00adna\u00adti\u00adves first\u00adly occurs. Should the Sel\u00adler not accept the Client\u2019s offer within the afo\u00adre\u00admen\u00adtio\u00adned peri\u00adod of time, this shall be dee\u00admed as rejec\u00adting the offer with the effect that the Cli\u00adent is no lon\u00adger bound by his state\u00adment of intent.<\/li>\n<li>If the Cli\u00adent choo\u00adses \u201cPay\u00adPal Express\u201d when pla\u00adcing his order, pay\u00adment pro\u00adces\u00adsing is hand\u00adled by the pay\u00adment ser\u00advice pro\u00advi\u00adder Pay\u00adPal (Euro\u00adpe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22\u201324 Bou\u00adle\u00advard Roy\u00adal, L\u20112449 Luxem\u00adbourg (her\u00adein\u00adaf\u00adter refer\u00adred to as \u201cPay\u00adPal\u201d). The Pay\u00adPal terms of use shall app\u00adly which can be view\u00aded at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/ie\/webapps\/mpp\/ua\/servicedescription-full?locale.x=en_IE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/ie\/webapps\/mpp\/ua\/servicedescription-full?locale.x=en_IE<\/a>.<br>\nIn case the Cli\u00adent has no Pay\u00adPal account, the con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons for pay\u00adments wit\u00adhout Pay\u00adPal account will app\u00adly which can be view\u00aded at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/ie\/webapps\/mpp\/ua\/legalhub-full?locale.x=en_US\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/ie\/webapps\/mpp\/ua\/legalhub-full?locale.x=en_US<\/a>.<br>\nIf the Cli\u00adent choo\u00adses \u201cPay\u00adPal Express\u201d as pay\u00adment method, he initia\u00adtes also a pay\u00adment order to Pay\u00adPal by cli\u00adcking the but\u00adton fina\u00adli\u00adzing the order pro\u00adcess. In this case, the Sel\u00adler decla\u00adres his accep\u00adtance of the Client\u2019s offer alre\u00ada\u00addy at the time when the Cli\u00adent initia\u00adtes the pay\u00adment tran\u00adsac\u00adtion by cli\u00adcking the but\u00adton fina\u00adli\u00adzing the orde\u00adring process.<\/li>\n<li>When sub\u00admit\u00adting an offer via the Seller\u2019s online order form, the text of the con\u00adtract is stored by the Sel\u00adler after the con\u00adtract has been con\u00adcluded and trans\u00admit\u00adted to the Cli\u00adent in text form (e.g. e\u2011mail, fax or let\u00adter) after the order has been sent. The Sel\u00adler shall not make the con\u00adtract text acces\u00adsi\u00adble bey\u00adond this. If the Cli\u00adent has set up a user account in the Seller\u2019s online shop pri\u00ador to sen\u00adding his order, the order data shall be stored on the Seller\u2019s web\u00adsite and can be acces\u00adsed by the Cli\u00adent free of char\u00adge via his pass\u00adword-pro\u00adtec\u00adted user account by spe\u00adci\u00adfy\u00ading the cor\u00adre\u00adspon\u00adding log\u00adin&nbsp;data.<\/li>\n<li>Pri\u00ador to sub\u00admit\u00adting a bin\u00adding order via the Seller\u2019s online order form, the Cli\u00adent may reco\u00adgni\u00adze input errors by rea\u00adding atten\u00adtively the infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon dis\u00adplay\u00aded on the screen. The enlar\u00adge\u00adment func\u00adtion of the brow\u00adser to enlar\u00adge the dis\u00adplay on the screen may be an effec\u00adti\u00adve method for bet\u00adter reco\u00adgni\u00adzing input errors.<br>\nThe Cli\u00adent can cor\u00adrect all the data ente\u00adred via the usu\u00adal key\u00adboard and mou\u00adse func\u00adtion during the elec\u00adtro\u00adnic orde\u00adring pro\u00adcess, until he clicks the but\u00adton fina\u00adli\u00adzing the orde\u00adring process.<\/li>\n<li>The Ger\u00adman and the Eng\u00adlish lan\u00adguage are exclu\u00adsi\u00adve\u00adly available for the con\u00adclu\u00adsi\u00adon of the contract.<\/li>\n<li>Order pro\u00adces\u00adsing and cont\u00adac\u00adting usual\u00adly takes place via e\u2011mail and auto\u00adma\u00adted order pro\u00adces\u00adsing. It is the Client\u2019s respon\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty to ensu\u00adre that the e\u2011mail address he pro\u00advi\u00addes for the order pro\u00adces\u00adsing is accu\u00adra\u00adte so that e\u2011mails sent by the Sel\u00adler can be recei\u00adved at this address. In par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar, it is the Client\u2018s respon\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty, if SPAM fil\u00adters are used, to ensu\u00adre that all e\u2011mails sent by the Sel\u00adler or by third par\u00adties com\u00admis\u00adsio\u00adned by the Sel\u00adler with the order pro\u00adces\u00adsing can be delivered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=\u201c3. Any pos\u00adsi\u00adble addi\u00adtio\u00adnal deli\u00advery and dis\u00adpatch cos\u00adts are spe\u00adci\u00adfied sepa\u00adra\u00adte\u00adly in the respec\u00adti\u00adve pro\u00adduct description.<\/li>\n<li>Pay\u00adment can be made using one of the methods men\u00adtio\u00adned in the Seller\u2019s online shop.<\/li>\n<li>If pre\u00adpay\u00adment by bank trans\u00adfer has been agreed upon, pay\u00adment is due imme\u00addia\u00adte\u00adly after con\u00adclu\u00adsi\u00adon of the con\u00adtract, unless the par\u00adties have arran\u00adged a later matu\u00adri\u00adty&nbsp;date<\/li>\n<li>When pay\u00adments are made using a pay\u00adment method offe\u00adred by Pay\u00adPal, hand\u00adling of pay\u00adments takes place via the pay\u00adment ser\u00advice pro\u00advi\u00adder Pay\u00adPal ((Euro\u00adpe) S.a. r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22\u201324 Bou\u00adle\u00advard Roy\u00adal, L\u20112449 Luxem\u00adbourg (her\u00adein\u00adaf\u00adter cal\u00adled \u201cPay\u00adPal\u201d) sub\u00adject to the Pay\u00adPal terms of use which can be view\u00aded at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/de\/webapps\/mpp\/ua\/useragreement-full\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/de\/webapps\/mpp\/ua\/useragreement-full<\/a>.<br>\nIn case the cli\u00adent has no Pay\u00adPal account, the con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons appli\u00adca\u00adble for pay\u00adments wit\u00adhout Pay\u00adPal account will be effec\u00adti\u00adve. Should the Cli\u00adent fail to com\u00adply the\u00adre\u00adwi\u00adth, this shall not affect his sta\u00adtu\u00adto\u00adry or con\u00adtrac\u00adtu\u00adal claims for defects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=\u201c8. Redemp\u00adti\u00adon of Cam\u00adpaign Vou\u00adch\u00aders\u201d tab_id=\u201c1569364556012-c6462002-d265\u201d][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vou\u00adch\u00aders which are issued by the Sel\u00adler free of char\u00adge, for a spe\u00adci\u00adfic peri\u00adod of vali\u00addi\u00adty in the con\u00adtext of pro\u00admo\u00adtio\u00adnal acti\u00advi\u00adties and which can\u00adnot be purcha\u00adsed by the Cli\u00adent (her\u00adein\u00adaf\u00adter refer\u00adred to as \u201ccam\u00adpaign vou\u00adch\u00aders\u201d) can only be rede\u00ade\u00admed in the Seller\u2019s online shop and only within the indi\u00adca\u00adted time period.<\/li>\n<li>Indi\u00advi\u00addu\u00adal pro\u00adducts may be excluded from the vou\u00adch\u00ader cam\u00adpaign, if such a rest\u00adric\u00adtion results from the con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons of the cam\u00adpaign voucher.<\/li>\n<li>Cam\u00adpaign vou\u00adch\u00aders can only be rede\u00ade\u00admed pri\u00ador to the con\u00adclu\u00adsi\u00adon of the order pro\u00adce\u00addu\u00adre. Sub\u00adse\u00adquent off\u00adset\u00adting is not possible.<\/li>\n<li>Only one cam\u00adpaign vou\u00adch\u00ader can be rede\u00ade\u00admed per&nbsp;order.<\/li>\n<li>The goods value should meet at least the amount of the cam\u00adpaign vou\u00adch\u00ader. The Sel\u00adler will not refund remai\u00adning assets.<\/li>\n<li>If the value of the cam\u00adpaign vou\u00adch\u00ader is not enough for the order, the Cli\u00adent may choo\u00adse one of the remai\u00adning pay\u00adment methods offe\u00adred by the Sel\u00adler to pay the difference.<\/li>\n<li>The cam\u00adpaign vou\u00adch\u00ader cre\u00addit will not be rede\u00ade\u00admed in cash and is not sub\u00adject to any interest.<\/li>\n<li>The cam\u00adpaign vou\u00adch\u00ader will not be rede\u00ade\u00admed, if the Cli\u00adent, in the con\u00adtext of his legal right to can\u00adcel, returns goods paid ful\u00adly or par\u00adti\u00adal\u00adly by a cam\u00adpaign voucher.<\/li>\n<li>The cam\u00adpaign vou\u00adch\u00ader is trans\u00adfera\u00adble. The Sel\u00adler may ren\u00adder per\u00adfor\u00admance with dischar\u00adging effect to the respec\u00adti\u00adve owner who rede\u00adems the cam\u00adpaign vou\u00adch\u00ader in the Seller\u2019s online shop. This does not app\u00adly, if the Sel\u00adler has know\u00adledge or gross\u00adly negli\u00adgent igno\u00adrance of the non-entit\u00adle\u00adment, legal inca\u00adpa\u00adci\u00adty or of the miss\u00ading right of repre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon regar\u00adding the respec\u00adti\u00adve&nbsp;owner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=\u201c9. Redemp\u00adti\u00adon of Gift Vou\u00adch\u00aders\u201d tab_id=\u201c1569364903529-b969fa7a-410a\u201d][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vou\u00adch\u00aders which can be purcha\u00adsed via the Seller\u2019s online shop (her\u00adein\u00adaf\u00adter refer\u00adred to as \u201cgift vou\u00adch\u00aders\u201d) can only be rede\u00ade\u00admed in the Seller\u2019s online shop, unless other\u00adwi\u00adse sti\u00adpu\u00adla\u00adted in the voucher.<\/li>\n<li>Gift vou\u00adch\u00aders and remai\u00adning assets of gift vou\u00adch\u00aders can be rede\u00ade\u00admed by the end of the third year fol\u00adlo\u00adwing the year of the gift vou\u00adch\u00ader purcha\u00adse. Remai\u00adning assets will be cre\u00addi\u00adted to the Client\u2019s vou\u00adch\u00ader account.<\/li>\n<li>Gift vou\u00adch\u00aders can only be rede\u00ade\u00admed pri\u00ador to the con\u00adclu\u00adsi\u00adon of the order pro\u00adce\u00addu\u00adre.
